Mrs. Hull, an owner of Crest Creek Consulting and former employee at the Department of Justice, has been responsible for assessing and evaluating requests for financial assistance in accordance with Federal agency regulations, policies, and stated objectives. She is proficient in reviewing applicant and grantee budgets to ensure compliance with allowable costs, expenditures, and Federal Financial Reports (FFR/SF-425). Mrs. Hull has negotiated and prepared indirect cost agreements for agency approval. With over 25 years of experience evaluating changes in Federal regulations and policies, Mrs. Hull has a proven track record of guiding Federal clients in adapting and modifying their business processes to meet evolving standards. An expert in 2 CFR Part 200—Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, she has provided valuable commentary to the working group on proposed changes. Additionally, she has consulted with Federal agencies on the business process modifications needed to ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200.

As an owner of Crest Creek Consulting and previously owner of Master Key Consulting, Mr. Hull has been responsible for the overall management and administration of contracts with the US Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of State and Local Government Coordination and Preparedness, the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute of Health and the Administration for Children and Families, Administration for Native Americans. A self-motivated professional with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Mr. Hull has over 30 years experience as a consultant in full-lifecycle project management, statistical analysis and evaluation, and IT systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for clients in both the Federal Government and private industry. Mr. Hull has 25 years experience working with a variety of Federal grant making organizations and is expert in the federal Grants Line of Business
